You can use SmarterTools to run your own email server as an alternative to Microsoft Exchange, manage customer support tickets through help desk software, and track website analytics. The main product SmarterMail works on Windows and Linux servers and includes MAPI support. You can also use SmarterTrack for customer service tickets and live chat, plus SmarterStats for website traffic analysis. All products can be hosted on your own servers or in the cloud.
